Port Deck

Glenlee has a lovely sheer line and her recently-laid deck follows it with a graceful sweep. We are standing fairly far forward looking aft here, past the crew's doghouse. The capstan in the distance was a generic winch, used to sway small cargoes on and off and to raise the main and fore sails. Her deck is caulked in the traditional manner, though the manager told me the original team did a shoddy job of it and they had to re-caulk a lot of seams. She still leaks a bit in the rain. Fancy re-caulking a few miles of deck seam?
