Barque Glenlee
This gallery documents a visit I paid to the 3 masted barque Glenlee lying Glasgow Harbour, in the summer of 2004. The vessel was at that time 108 years old, having been built in 1896. Of nine sisterships of this design she is the sole survivor, the others having fallen prey to warfare or navigational error.
