Under Sole

Under the cabin sole is the poor old hull. The water you see lying about came from my draining the two bilge sections, i.e. it is recent. Notice the line of screw or bolt heads along the seam in the hull. This is the area I expected to be full of ballast but which instead rang hollow -- it seems to be metal plate bolted over a void.
