Hull

Here we are in the forepeak looking down at the hull in the under-bunk stowage area. A longitudinal is exposed here and we see rust damage, though there is still plenty of metal left. Note the scattered rust-dust on the insulation. Also, that strange shadow in about the centre of the shot is a pool of epoxy or resin (!). it looks alarmingly as if there was a leak there which someone tried to plug with poly resin. Or it could more innocently have been a spill from treating the wooden framing in that area. Whichever, it happened after the insulation was in place, because the insulation is trapped under the pool of set resin. The sail in the bag looks never-used.
