New tail shaft

A bit of bad news that emerged from the haul was the discovery that the tail shaft was cracked to the core. This probably happened during the same series of incidents that led to the blown-up shaft coupling. There was nothing for it but to replace the tail shaft with a new one, so this is the beautiful new stainless tail shaft.
