Throttle Linkage

This is where the throttle actuator linkage comes up and across the ceiling of the skipper's cubby, to a lever in the cockpit. The gear shift, alarmingly, is not similarly remoted, but actuated by a pair of ropes led through the opening port. This is a disturbing feature and one of the short list of things that should be fixed. It is not right for a sea boat to keep a port open in order to use the engine. IMHO.
